Successful Implementation of Agile Software Development Methodology

Many organizations are improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of their software development efforts by implementing an agile software development methodology. Organizations that want to improve their chances of success should: select the right methodology for their organization, train their staff on the selected methodology while providing them access to external resources, involve upper management in the methodology implementation, and make any necessary changes to their office facilities to support the intense interaction required by agile development.
